Category Lead – Edible Oil
Roles And Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Product Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from development to discontinuation, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes.
- Financial Management: Manage the category’s P&L, budget, and financial performance, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of category managers and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive category strategies and execution.
- Innovation: Drive innovation in product offerings, packaging, and marketing strategies to stay ahead of market trends.
Qualification
- 5 years experience in brand management
- Edible Oil Industry experience.
- Overall 10 years’ experience in marketing field.
- Education: Degree / Diploma in marketing
Category Lead Beverages & Snacks
Roles And Responsibilities
- Must have min 5 years experience in brand management
- Must have worked in Beverage industry including alcoholic beverages
- Overall 10 years’ experience in marketing field
- Should have handled experiential marketing, BTL activations
- Diploma in marketing is a must
- Any other relevant marketing courses will be given a preference
