Andersen Kenya, a member of Andersen Global, has announced its 2025 Graduate Trainee Program, offering opportunities in the AccountingAdvisoryLegal, and Tax fields. The program is open to recent graduates from 2023 or 2024 with a minimum of a Second Class Honors (Upper Division) degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Law, Economics, Finance, or Actuarial Sciences. Specific qualifications include:

  • CPA/ACCA finalization for Accounting/Tax applicants.
  • CIFA finalization for Advisory applicants.
  • Completion of the Advocates Training Program for Legal applicants.

Candidates must also have achieved a B+ overall and an A- in English and Mathematics at O Levels or equivalent. The program seeks individuals with strong analytical skills, leadership qualities demonstrated through extracurricular activities, and a driven, ambitious, and engaging personality. Applications should be submitted via email to hr@ke.andersen.com by September 21, 2024.
