Career Options Africa Ltd is seeking a Hotel Resort General Manager for a unique luxury boutique hotel located on the stunning beaches of Mombasa. This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in a similar role within a boutique hotel or luxury property. Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience Management: Ensure personalized, high-quality guest services and address feedback promptly.
• Operations Oversight: Oversee all operational aspects, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and guest services.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise hotel staff, develop schedules, and ensure high morale.
• Financial Management: Manage the hotel’s budget, control expenses, and maximize revenue.
• Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that promote the hotel.
• Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
• Property Management: Maintain the property in pristine condition.
• Compliance: Ensure the hotel operates by local regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Certification in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
• At least two years of proven experience as a Hotel Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS).
• Professional level of English, a second international language, is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
