Cipla, a global pharmaceutical leader, is on the lookout for a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join their team in the Mt Kenya region. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with a background in medical sales and a passion for healthcare innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets: The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting personal sales targets across Cipla’s diverse product range in designated markets.
- Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, conducting product presentations, gathering feedback, and managing client accounts are crucial aspects of this role.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring competition, analyzing market trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and preparing sales materials will be part of the daily tasks.
- Coordination and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, providing customer support, and conducting compliance audits are essential duties.
- Financial Management: The role involves contributing to budget planning, monitoring spending, analyzing cost-benefit ratios, and reporting financial variances monthly.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Promoting a service culture and optimizing business service delivery through adherence to SLA performance criteria.
Experience Required: Candidates should have at least three years of experience in the Mt Kenya region.
