Group Change Management Consultant

Executing on a work stream within a project, the role develops and executes a change plan and analyses data. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts

Analyses change data for the purpose of developing change interventions to understand the impact of the change.
Develops workstream strategy to manage the impacts (e.g. Stakeholder management, engagement, training or organisation design strategy)
Develops workstream plan for the duration of the change project
Develops the required templates for the change project
Design and develops workstream material
Execute on workstream plan and interventions
Measure the effectiveness of interventions and takes corrective action.
