HCS Affiliates Group Seeks Trade Development Representative for Karatina/Kimbo

Nairobi, Kenya – HCS Affiliates Group, a leading human resources and management consultancy firm based in Nairobi, is seeking a Trade Development Representative (TDR) for the Karatina/Kimbo region. This full-time position is open to candidates with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field and at least one year of experience in sales and distribution within the FMCG or telecommunications sectors.

The primary role of the TDR is to enhance retailer awareness and improve the turnaround on SIMs and float, focusing on visibility and merchandising at points of purchase for SSOs and T-Kash agents. Key responsibilities include recruiting and mapping SSOs and agents, regularly visiting these agents, and providing necessary business tools and training.

The TDR will also train agents on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and SSOs on Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures related to SIM registration. Additionally, the role involves monitoring stock levels to ensure compliance with the 1.5x stock rule for agents and maintaining adequate SIM stock for new registrations and activations.
