Job Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) minimum mean grade of C+ or its equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Sociology, Education, Youth and Community work or equivalent Social Science from an accredited and recognized University
  • Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Sociology, Education, Youth and Community work or equivalent from an accredited and recognized University
  • Minimum of ten (10) years working experience in an institution of higher learning or equivalent;
  • Five (5) years’ progressive experience in student affairs, community engagement, or related areas in an institutions of higher learning

Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing student activities and organizations
  • Planning and arranging recreational, cultural, and social activities of different student groups
