Rainforest Alliance Seeks Senior Training Officer for Customer Operational Service Team
The Rainforest Alliance, a global network dedicated to conserving biodiversity and promoting sustainable livelihoods, is on the lookout for a Senior Training Officer to join their Customer Operational Service (COS) Team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Customer Care team within the Data & Tech department, focusing on training and expertise.
The Senior Training Officer will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting all customer-facing units. Their primary responsibility is to enhance the overall customer experience by structuring and utilizing the company’s knowledge effectively. Relationship management and customer satisfaction are key principles guiding this work.
The COS unit, part of the Data & Tech department, provides essential guidance, services, and digital tools to producers and companies. These tools enable participants to join Rainforest Alliance programs, achieve certification, monitor progress, trade, make sustainability claims, and manage their supply chains and responsible sourcing relationships.
