Senior Treasury Analyst
The Senior Treasury Analyst will focus on preparing cash flow forecasts for all 22 National Organizations (NO) and Implementing Member Organizations (IMO) within Plan International Worldwide. This role involves coordinating and collating cash flow forecasting requirements for all 60 Country Offices (CO). The ideal candidate is a chartered accountant with significant banking sector experience, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of foreign exchange trades and investment banking.
Head of Accounting & Financial Control
This role is responsible for transforming Plan International’s approach to country-level financial accounting, control, and compliance. The Head of Accounting & Financial Control will lead a globally dispersed team and ensure that Plan International meets its statutory and regulatory compliance requirements. The successful candidate will have extensive financial expertise, particularly within the INGO, humanitarian, development, or non-profit sectors, and hands-on experience with SAP or similar financial suites.

The Finance Policy & Process Specialist will lead the development and maintenance of financial policies and processes. This role ensures that financial policies and procedures are simplified, well-understood, and easily accessible to staff. The ideal candidate is a certified financial professional with significant experience in financial management, policy development, and regulatory compliance within diverse, multi-cultural environments.
Humanitarian Response Manager
Plan International Kenya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Humanitarian Response Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of humanitarian response and nexus programming within the Kenya Country Program. This strategic role involves developing a humanitarian and resilience strategy, managing emergency preparedness and response plans, and advocating for policies that support sustainable development and peacebuilding efforts.
Head of Business Partnering & Strategic Finance
The Head of Business Partnering & Strategic Finance will be a key financial business partner to the CEO, CFO, and Directors of Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, and Treasury. This role involves shaping the financial strategy of Plan International, analyzing the organization’s overall financial health, and identifying future risks and opportunities. The successful candidate will have extensive financial business partnering experience and strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
Service Delivery & Quality Assurance Officer
The Service Delivery & Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for designing and implementing quality procedures and standards, assessing team and client requirements, and ensuring these are met. This role supports the SSC management in building and implementing decisions relating to quality objectives by creating and maintaining quality reports and dashboards.
Logistics Officer – Fleet and Assets Management
The Logistics Officer will support fleet and asset management, ensuring compliance with Plan’s global policies, best practices, local regulations, and business needs. This role involves managing vehicle and generator maintenance, fuel supplies, and asset inventory, as well as supervising drivers and ensuring compliance with local traffic regulations.
