The Administrative Assistant will serve as the frontline representative of CIME, managing reception duties and contributing to technical, educational, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls and correspondence, scheduling meetings and workshops, and maintaining an organized reception area. The role also involves supporting simulation sessions and educational programs.
