The Communications Officer position At World Vision in Hhohho, Eswatini, involves managing and producing high-quality content across various platforms to engage donors, the public, and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong writing, storytelling, photography, and videography skills, along with experience in digital and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Donor & Public Engagement: Provide accurate, high-quality materials (web, print, video) to engage donors and the public.
- Internal Communication: Ensure consistent and accessible information within the organization and maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Content Creation: Develop relevant content for World Vision platforms and external media, ensuring alignment with core ministry strategies.
- Campaign Support: Assist with the planning and coordination of campaign activities, including the ENOUGH Campaign.
- Brand Management: Support the brand visibility and ensure adherence to World Vision’s branding guidelines.
- Media Management: Build strong media relationships and secure positive coverage for World Vision.
- Social Media Management: Manage and create content for social media platforms to reach a wide audience.

Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or Journalism.
- Experience: At least 5 years in communications, journalism, or public relations, with a focus on graphic design.
- Travel: 60% local travel and some international travel as required.
