Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Cover Planning: Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Human Resources to plan competitive and cost-effective staff medical cover.
- Facility Management: Oversee facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits, including retirement schemes, insurance, and statutory returns.
- Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety policies, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with local legislation.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Procurement, Facility Management, or a related field.
