The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the efficient operations of Pensions Schemes Administration and growing new business.
Key duties include overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, addressing customer complaints, managing workflow procedures, and supervising the processing of pension claims. The role also involves preparing and reviewing pension scheme reports, facilitating regular audits, and ensuring the steady growth of the Pensions Administration book of business. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, professional qualifications in insurance or pensions, and a minimum of five years’ experience in Pensions Administration and Group Life Insurance Business.
