HCS Affiliates Group Seeks Trade Development Representative for Nyanza Region

HCS Affiliates Group, a leading human resources and management consultancy firm based in Nairobi, is seeking a Trade Development Representative (TDR) for the Nyanza Region. The role will cover Kisumu CBD, Kisumu West, Kakamega West, Ogembo, Maseno, Ugunja, and Kakamega North.

The primary responsibility of the TDR will be to enhance retailer awareness and manage the distribution of SIM cards and float for mobile money services. The successful candidate will focus on recruiting and mapping agents, particularly targeting mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores. Regular visits to SSOs and agents, training on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, and ensuring adequate stock levels are key aspects of the role.

Applicants are required to have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in sales and distribution within the FMCG or telecommunications sectors.
