What You Will Be Doing:

Minimum Qualifications:

• An advanced university degree (Masters or above) in education, international affairs, political science, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating leadership in international development, education in emergencies, or similar domains.
• Proven expertise in diplomacy, networking, and facilitating multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Strong knowledge of the INEE network and its initiatives, with exceptional advocacy, public speaking, and writing skills.
• Experience managing complex projects, donor relations, and cross-organizational budgeting.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic is highly desirable.
