Davis & Shirtliff Group Seeks Group Service and Fleet Administrator

Davis & Shirtliff Group, a leading supplier of water and energy solutions in East Africa, is looking to hire a Group Service and Fleet Administrator. The position will be based at the company’s Nairobi Head Office.

The ideal candidate should possess an Upper 2nd Class degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. They should have at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Field Service Operations. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, as well as Power BI, is essential. Knowledge of Synchroteam Field Service or a similar platform, along with data analytics skills, will be an added advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, executing annual maintenance contracts, and reporting on service performance and technicians’ productivity. They will also be tasked with enhancing visibility and time accountability by incorporating new features and processes on the Synchroteam platform. Additionally, the role involves improving service SOPs, verifying the accuracy of task duration and charges, coordinating teleservice activities, and maintaining detailed group fleet records.

The Group Service and Fleet Administrator will also monitor fleet safety compliance, ensure drivers adhere to transport regulations, manage fleet costs, and develop strategies for cost efficiency. The role reports to the Group Service Manager and offers a challenging and stimulating work environment with excellent growth opportunities.
